Dear Air Doctors:
I am writing to you in about one of your technicians Jim Mellas. He recently cleaned my duct system, which had never been done before. Our house is 53 years old so you can imagine what my duct system was like. My wife and I chose your company because you have a reputation of being the best at what you do and we strongly agree. Jim old a great job and we are completely satisfied.
Unfortunately, our system was so bad that Jim had to come and clean the returns a second time. Once he found out that we had a problem he made it a point to make sure we were taken care of right away I do not hold Jim responsible for having to come back. I blame all the previous owners of my house Had they taken care of the heating and cooling system before, it would not have been so bad.
I was present both times Jim was here and I could not believe how much stuff came out of our system. It almost made the alarm on the vacuum g off. When Jim returned to clean the returns, the vacuum went all the way up to 4.5. I could not believe there could be so much stuff in our system. We are very impressed with Jim's professionalism and your company. We will be referring as many people to you as possible. Needless to say my wife and I are breathing much better now that our heating and cooling system is clean. I want to thank Jim and your company for taking care of us so well. We feel that if we had use a different company we would not have had the quality service that your company provided.
Please send me some information on the service that you provide, so that I can share it with my neighbors. I am sure that their heating and cooling systems are just as bad as mine was. Feel free to contact me for any reason.

Just wanted to write you a note to tell you how much I thought of the young man, Jim Mellas, whom you sent to do my ducts. He was courteous, thoughtful and worked very hard the entire time. I think he is a credit to your organization. Thank you for sending that particular man to do my work.
